The Romanian language preparatory year is covered by the scholarship in case the selected master\u2019s degree programme is taught only in Romanian language.<\/p><p>The students\u2019 full passing of each academic year is the condition for the scholarship to be granted for the following year of study.<\/p><h2 id=\"Amount\">SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT<\/h2><p>The scholarship covers:<\/p><ul><li>tuition fees (including registration and graduation fees);<\/li><li>free accommodation in the university\u2019s dormitories (including holidays);<\/li><li>a monthly allowance of 800 lei (approx. 170 USD, including holidays).<\/li><\/ul><p>The travel expenses and the costs incurred by the visa for Romania will be covered by the candidate.<\/p><h2 id=\"File\">THE APPLICATION FILE<\/h2><p>The application file includes the following documents (in .pdf format) to be uploaded in the <a href=\"http:\/\/tas.unitbv.ro\/?page_id=4\">online application form<\/a>:<\/p><ul><li>curriculum vitae, highlighting the candidate\u2019s outstanding achievements;<\/li><li>motivation letter (maximum one page);<\/li><li>three letters of recommendation to support the candidate&#8217;s outstanding results.<\/li><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree diploma or certificate proving the passing of the bachelor&#8217;s degree exam for graduates who do not hold yet the bachelor\u2019s degree diploma (provisional graduation certificate).<\/li><\/ul><p>The submission of all the documents in English is obligatory for the candidates\u2019 admission to the competition. Incomplete files will be rejected. No document can be added to the file after the submission deadline.<\/p><h2 id=\"Selection\">CANDIDATES\u2019 SELECTION<\/h2><p>An evaluation board whose members are appointed by the Rector of Transilvania University of Brasov will be in charge of the candidates\u2019 selection.<br \/>The selection criterion is the quality of the documents submitted in the application file.<\/p><p><strong>Calendar of the selection process:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>23.02.2026 \u2013 10.04.2026 Candidates\u2019 registration by filling in the online application form;<\/li><li>13.04.2026 \u2013 08.05.2026 Evaluation of application files;<\/li><li>11.05.2026 \u2013 25.05.2026 Approval of the list of selected candidates (including a pending list);<\/li><li>27.05.2026 Announcing selected candidates via e-mail.<\/li><\/ul><p id=\"Important\"><strong>Important notice<\/strong><\/p><p>Only successful candidates will be contacted by e-mail after the selection process is completed.<br \/>The selected candidates for the Transilvania Academica Scholarship will be subject to the Romanian academic studies admission procedure available at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unitbv.ro\/en\/prospective-students\/admission\/admission-information-for-non-eu-citizens.html\">https:\/\/www.unitbv.ro\/en\/prospective-students\/admission\/admission-information-for-non-eu-citizens.html<\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Transilvania Academica Scholarship is designed as a competition for international students from non EU or non EEA countries, who wish to apply for a master\u2019s degree programme offered by Transilvania University of Brasov.
